dita. von.teese. how many other posts have there been, on tumblr alone that extol her virtues? Now jsut to be clear, I’m not talking about her career. lying naked in a giant martini glass is not my idea of well, classy, awesome etc. :l yet I can’t deny this woman is an EXCELLENT dress, a true style icon. I tried explaining this to some people who where unaware of who she is (??? I know) and yes, the conversation did get awkward when I mentioned she worked in the burlesque industry. (terminology?) but seriously, whenever she does put on clothes, it’s not just fashionable rubbish like so many others. she obviously puts time and effort and care into what she wears. and, surprisingly enough, she looks classy. most of the time (granted there are exceptions) it’s not jsut cheap flesh, but a really well dressed body. observe-
